Operations Executive – Banking Process

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle backend and branch-related work in the banking process. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, verifying documents, and supporting the loan/disbursement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day banking operations and backend processes.
• Verify and maintain customer documents and records.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and disbursement teams.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain data accuracy.
• Support loan processing, file checking, and disbursal activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in banking or finance will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
