Job Description

Title: Executive - Operations

Duration: 4 months Contract

Shift timings: 10 to 7 pm. / 12 to 9 pm

Executive

Responsibilities:

Offer Management:
Own the entire offer release lifecycle process/management, including (but not limited to) generating, validating, and sending out offer letters to the selected candidates.
Data Accuracy:
Ensure all offer details, such as compensation, joining dates, and terms of employment, are accurate and align with company policy/guidelines/standards.
Communication:
Act as a central point of contact, communicating effectively with the recruiters and hiring managers to resolve/address any queries related to the offer.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of all offer-related documents and communications in all the HR systems as necessary/relevant.
Reporting:
Utilize
MS Excel
to create and maintain reports on offer metrics, such as offer acceptance rates and time-to-offer etc.

Requirements:

Experience:
Proven experience (2+ years) in a
Offer Release
or
similar
role.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to anticipate issues and proactively find solutions.
Discretion:
Must handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
