Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive at Hem Securities, your role will involve managing back-office operations related to mutual funds and insurance. Your attention to detail, proactive decision-making, and strong organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions while maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: - Process and verify mutual fund transactions for accuracy. - Check transaction details and follow up with clients for approvals or additional information. - Coordinate with clients for health insurance renewals and gather necessary documents. - Ensure timely follow-ups for insurance closures and investment-related documentation. - Maintain and update client records in CRM and Excel for future reference. - Resolve client queries related to mutual funds, insurance, and other financial services. - Take proactive actions to improve operations and enhance client satisfaction. - Recommend new products and services based on client needs and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Basic computer knowledge (Ms Office, email handling). - Strong logical thinking and decision-making capabilities. - Ability to work proactively and take initiative in client servicing and operations. - Good communication and follow-up skills. - No specific certification required; freshers and experienced with a learning attitude are welcome. - Minimum Graduation in education.
