Operations Executive Account Management

As an Operations Executive at our company, your role will involve providing support to the Sales and Client Servicing Team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational activities, aligning with organizational goals, and maintaining effective communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing operational activities. - Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for timely project completion. - Maintain workflows and monitor daily activities for efficiency. - Identify and implement operational enhancements. - Track performance metrics and suggest adjustments. - Facilitate communication between departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales). - Organize meetings and events related to operations. - Coordinate schedules, including travel arrangements. - Maintain records of operational activities. - Prepare reports for operational performance analysis. - Manage relationships with vendors for timely deliveries and compliance. - Address operational challenges efficiently. - Support during emergencies or operational crises. Essential Requirements: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. - Experience: Experience in process improvement or vendor management is a plus. Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. - Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a customer service orientation.
