Operations Executive Account Management

As an Operations Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Client Servicing Team. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in planning and executing operational activities. - Coordinating schedules, logistics, and resources for timely project completion. - Maintaining workflows and monitoring daily activities for efficiency. - Identifying and implementing operational enhancements. - Tracking performance metrics and suggesting adjustments. - Facilitating communication between departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales). - Organizing meetings and events related to operations. - Coordinating schedules, including travel arrangements. - Maintaining records of operational activities. - Preparing reports for operational performance analysis. - Managing relationships with vendors for timely deliveries and compliance. - Addressing operational challenges efficiently and supporting during emergencies or operational crises. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. - Experience: Experience in process improvement or vendor management is a plus. - Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. - Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a customer service orientation.
