Operations Executive Account Management

As an Operations Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales and Client Servicing Team by ensuring smooth operational activities, aligning with organizational goals, and maintaining effective communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing operational activities. - Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for timely project completion. - Maintain workflows and monitor daily activities for efficiency. - Identify and implement operational enhancements. - Track performance metrics and suggest adjustments. - Facilitate communication between departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales). - Organize meetings and events related to operations. - Coordinate schedules, including travel arrangements. - Maintain records of operational activities. - Prepare reports for operational performance analysis. - Manage relationships with vendors for timely deliveries and compliance. - Address operational challenges efficiently. - Support during emergencies or operational crises. Essential Requirements: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. - Experience: Experience in process improvement or vendor management is a plus. Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. - Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a customer service orientation.
