Operations Excellence Site Representative

As an Operations Excellence Site Representative in the CSM AgChem division at Jambusar/Panoli location, your role involves driving and executing Operation Excellence activities to enhance operations and business processes. Your main responsibilities include implementing strategic models to transform current processes, improve productivity, and create a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and implement Operational Excellence systems/projects in DMTs and AMTs to enhance productivity - Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvement and report to leadership - Address issues in the OE plan by implementing troubleshooting tools and SPC tools - Coordinate Focused Improvement Teams and ensure their success - Implement Operational Excellence systems based on established standards - Collaborate with production and quality departments to drive process improvements - Drive site-specific activities related to Autonomous Maintenance Teams, Continuous Improvement Process, and Focused Improvement Teams - Conduct benchmarking studies and implement best practices - Manage day-to-day administration of OE functions - Provide technical support to other functions on OE processes - Track financial performance and report on goals and objectives - Ensure cost-saving initiatives are achieved within the specified timeframe - Manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping, research, and reporting **Qualifications Required:** - Education: BE in Chemistry, Mechanical, or any related discipline - Work Experience: 10-15 years, with 6-8 years in a lead role focusing on Operational Excellence - Industry Experience: Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, or Consultancy Services - Functional Competencies: Demonstrated ability in executing OE initiatives, training individuals at all levels, presenting findings clearly, and utilizing productivity/process improvement tools In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring safety and high productivity in the workplace, identifying training needs, driving performance management processes, and motivating employees to achieve team goals.,
