Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to ensure system stability, addressing any operational issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will engage in proactive monitoring of systems, participate in team discussions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all services meet the agreed-upon standards and performance metrics. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal service delivery. Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their application in enterprise environments.- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation of tasks.- Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
