Operations & Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:Customer Support (Email & Chat):

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, website chat, and social media messages.
• Resolve issues related to order status, exchanges, delays, and payments.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while handling all queries.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for order updates and delivery escalations.

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Track daily inventory movement across platforms (website, marketplaces, offline).
• Update stock levels and ensure accuracy of product availability on the backend.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse team for restocking and product dispatch.
• Identify fast-moving and low-stock items and raise alerts for restocking.

Backend & Operational Support:

• Maintain records of returns, exchanges, and damaged stock.
• Generate simple reports on inventory levels and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Good written communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or any inventory management tools.
• Experience with Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
