About Us

ZeroLeakage is a leading company in water leak detection and structural thermography solutions. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented candidate to support our daily operations and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with clients and vendors
• Schedule & coordinate site visits for engineers
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation
• Follow up on payments, reports, and client updates
• Collect client feedback & maintain records
• Assist in day-to-day operations for smooth workflow
• Maintain & update data in MS Excel and tracking tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
• Good organizational & time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently & handle multiple tasks
• Prior experience in operations, customer support, or admin work preferred (not mandatory)
