Operations Cum Pricing Executive

Job Summary

The Operations cum Pricing Executive is responsible for coordinating day-to-day shipping operations, handling documentation, liaising with carriers and customers, and preparing competitive freight rates. The role ensures smooth shipment execution while supporting business growth through accurate and timely pricing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for sea/air shipments (FCL/LCL).
• Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, co-loaders, and transport partners.
• Prepare and update shipping documents (BL,SI,COO etc).
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Obtain and negotiate freight rates; prepare quotations and rate sheets.
• Support RFQs, tenders, and cross-trade pricing with overseas agents.
• Ensure smooth customer communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding/shipping operations or pricing.
• Strong understanding of documentation, INCOTERMS, and logistics processes.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
