Job Title: Operation Coordinator/ Liaisoning Officer

Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat-3800009

Reporting To: Company Director

Job Purpose:

To act as a key point of contact and mediator between the company and various stakeholders — including government departments, regulatory authorities, vendors, clients, and other external partners — ensuring smooth communication, compliance, and relationship management on behalf of the company owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company and the owner in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with external agencies, government bodies, and private entities.
• Coordinate between the company and local/state authorities for licenses, permits, clearances, and compliance matters.
• Keep the owner informed about developments, progress, and issues requiring attention or decision-making.
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely implementation of agreed actions.
• Always represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner.
• Handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
