Description
As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the Systems Integration leadership and office resources with a wide variety of assignments and tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing support for internal projects at the SIG office location by collaborating with Operations, Service, Procurement, and Finance departments. You will also interact with all internal office and field resource staff, maintaining current processes and procedures for all assigned tasks. Additionally, your role will involve compiling external and internal submittal documentation, assisting with tracking project milestones related to team resource tasks, helping the Operations team with equipment procurement and tracking, submitting returned material authorizations, coordinating pick tickets with office warehouse teams, and ensuring all closeout/as-built documentation is created and stored properly. You will also be responsible for providing information for CSAT delivery and supporting Management in the change order process. Other task assignments may be required as well. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, clients, and colleagues at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat is essential. You should be able to manage your time efficiently to meet assignment objectives and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organization and attention to detail, are key qualities for this position. Nice-to-have qualifications include demonstrated experience as an Operations Coordinator/Administrator in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology, or related industry, the ability to accurately read and comprehend project documents, and a minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
