We are seeking a highly driven and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of our clinic operations in Bangalore,sarjapura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, taking responsility, driving patient satisfaction,marketing, optimizing resource utilization, and contributing to the clinic’s overall profitability. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic healthcare environment. Job Description : Oversee and manage the daily operations of doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care. Drive patient conversion rates by enhancing the quality of services and improving the patient experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies and meet organizational goals. Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies. Regularly monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Lead, mentor, and train operational staff to ensure peak productivity and a positive work culture. Act as a key liaison between doctors, administrative staff, and patients to ensure seamless communication. Coordinate the hospitality serivces Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Medical, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or similar). Previous experience in operations management or a similar role within the healthcare or service industry is preferred. Strong financial acumen with experience handling P&L responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-pressure environments. Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and MS Office tools.
