Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the training centre.
  • Ensure high-quality training delivery and successful student placements.
  • Oversee student fee collections and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and share daily and weekly reports with management.
  • Manage student certifications and related documentation.
  • Ensure student attendance and retention, minimizing dropouts.
  • Drive upselling through student referrals and new enrollments.
  • Conduct parentteacher meetings and handle student feedback effectively.
  • Organize student engagement and motivation activities to enhance learning outcomes.
