As a Senior Innovation Execution Leader at Evernorth Health Services in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in executing innovation initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Provider Solutions & Operations (PS&O) organization. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Leadership:** - Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through collaboration between HIH and Global Service Partners (GSPs). - Ensure alignment with global strategic priorities and engage with GSPs to prioritize innovative work streams. - **Innovation Management:** - Lead the innovation team in supporting AI project ideation and development of scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. - Foster a culture of innovation within the organization. - **Operational Execution:** - Oversee execution of innovation initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal policies and information security standards. - Implement program and project-level processes, procedures, and performance metrics. - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** - Collaborate with executive leadership, HIH & GSP senior account executives, project leads, and business partners to define project requirements and deliverables. - Act as a liaison between HIH, enabling functions, and operations teams. - **Risk Management:** - Identify and mitigate risks associated with new ideas or products. - Ensure proactive monitoring, governance, and risk identification. - **Team Development:** - Develop a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy. - Provide mentorship and support team engagement initiatives. - **Performance Measurement:** - Develop metrics to measure success of innovation initiatives and provide recommendations for process improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - **Technical Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of AI/Gen AI technologies, modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems. Experience in implementing AI/Gen AI solutions is preferred. - **Leadership Skills:** Proven success in leading work stream teams, large-scale projects, and providing cross-organizational leadership. Strong problem-solving skills and innovation solution identification. - **Analytical Skills:** Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to present ideas to stakeholders and negotiate effectively. - **Matrix Management/Relationship Building:** Ability to influence across a matrix environment and develop strong relationships internally and externally.
