Role Description

This full-time, on-site Operations Associate role is based in Hyderabad. The Operations Associate will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with different teams, and ensure seamless execution of services. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, ensuring service quality, and analyzing operational processes to identify and implement improvements. The associate should ensure a smooth workflow and provide outstanding customer experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
