Operations Associate in Jaipur

As an Operations Associate at Shivanjali, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the company. We are looking for someone who is proficient in MS-Office, specifically MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Excel, with excellent spoken and written English skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and managing daily operations tasks
• Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents using MS-Office
• Maintain and update databases and records accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
• Support in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner
