Job Description

Key Responsibilities Receive and handle incoming calls from customers professionally Accurately note down orders including item details, quantities, and any special instructions Confirm order details with customers to ensure there are no discrepancies Generate bills using computer-based billing software or manual methods as required Ensure all billing details such as product names, quantities, prices, and applicable taxes are accurate Maintain clear records of daily orders and billing transactions for internal use and future reference Communicate order details to the relevant team members or workers in a timely manner Follow up with the operations team to ensure proper execution and delivery of orders Act as a liaison between customers and the operations team for any updates or clarifications Assist with maintaining daily reports and summaries of orders and completed work Support the team with any administrative duties related to order handling and customer service Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow by being proactive and responsive Requirements Demonstrate good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada Apply basic computer knowledge for data entry, billing software, or spreadsheets Show strong attention to detail and organizational skills Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks effectively Collaborate as a team player with a customer-first approach About Company: We are an alloy steel trading company.
