Operations Associate: Government Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the execution and coordination of government projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring project deliverables are met on time, maintain compliance with government standards, and coordinate between stakeholders for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing government project activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Liaise with government departments, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support in data collection, report preparation, and submission of government documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and help resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
• Track budgets, invoices, and procurement related to the project.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or government projects.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Good understanding of government processes and documentation (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
