Operations Associate Dispatch

The Operations Associate - Dispatch at Snooplay will play a crucial role in the order fulfilment and logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end order dispatch operations, coordinating with logistics partners, tracking deliveries, and leading the packaging team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and inventory to align operations with business goals. We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably in e-commerce or D2C. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, a strong command of English (both written and verbal), and a self-starter attitude are key requirements for this role. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
