Operations and Growth Executive

Role Overview: You will be the Operations & Growth Executive at WoodGuru, collaborating closely with the Founder to execute business strategies and ensure the seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include taking charge of implementation, managing processes, and supporting overall business expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Implement the Founder's ideas and strategies across different departments. - Supervise daily operations to ensure timely completion of essential tasks. - Establish and uphold systems and processes to facilitate smooth operations. - Prepare and evaluate MIS, monitor sales, and track performance data. - Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and project teams for operational efficiency. - Manage hiring, team alignment, and documentation. - Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing growth initiatives. - Engage in problem-solving and decision-making activities. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in operations, business management, or implementation roles. - Proficient in numbers, analytics, and MIS reporting. - Strong coordination and communication skills. - Hands-on, detail-oriented, and organized approach to execution.
