Role Overview:


We’re hiring an Operations & Client Servicing professional with minimum 2 years of experience to manage client communication, handle sensitive scenarios, and provide solutions that balance client satisfaction with company profitability.

This role requires composure, clarity, and confidence when dealing with high-profile clients, especially in situations involving delays, rescheduling, and refund-sensitive conversations.


Key responsibilities:


  1. Handle day-to-day client communication and relationship management.
  2. Resolve client concerns and grievances with tact, clarity, and professionalism.
  3. Provide alternatives and solutions that maintain trust without impacting business profitability.
  4. Coordinate approvals, schedules, and reschedules for services like talk shows and media features.
  5. Serve as the bridge between operations, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  6. Maintain transparent documentation of client communication, commitments, and resolutions.
  7. Manage high-pressure situations with calmness, speed, and emotional intelligence.

  2. Ability to confidently manage and communicate with high-profile clients.
  3. Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  4. High emotional intelligence, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 5,00,000/year
