Job Profile: Operations and Airline Ticketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company objectives
• Managing and processing flight bookings for international destinations for same operational destination
• Establish and maintain relationships monitor performance and resolve any operational issues or disputes with Vendors in a timely manner
• Addressing ticketing inquiries, assisting customers in selecting suitable flight options, and handling cancellations, changes & refunds in accordance with airline policies, process payments for bookings
• Liaise with airlines to confirm reservations, obtain flight schedules, and manage seat allocation
• Present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of success and recommending strategies for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in ticketing and international operations management
• Excellent problem solving, detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel procedures

Salary: 3 to 4 LPA
