Operations & Accounts Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Admin & Coordination

• Manage calendars – schedule meetings, client calls, and site visits.
• Draft and send quotations, invoices, and reminders to clients.
• Maintain proper filing of client and project documents.
• Follow up with clients for payments "politely and professionally".

Accounts & Finance

• Record daily expenses, receipts, and project cash flows.
• Assist in preparing invoices and vendor payments.
• Maintain Excel sheets / Tally entries (training can be provided).

Project Support

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely timelines and deliveries.
• Collect quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
• Track project-wise expenses and maintain summaries.

Business & Client Support

• Maintain client database and payment tracker.
• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals.
• Keep track of client birthdays/anniversaries for relationship management.

Who Should Apply?

• Education

  : B.Com, BBA, or any graduate with an interest in accounts + admin.

• Skills

  :
• Good communication (English & Hindi).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
