Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage patient care in OT, ensuring smooth operation theatre management. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other staff members to ensure seamless execution of surgical procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions during surgeries to identify potential complications. Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and treatment outcomes. Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection protocols are followed in the OT. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience as an OT Manager or similar role. Immidiate Joiner B.Sc (Nursing) / Diploma in Technician degree required; additional certifications preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, surgical procedures, and hospital operations. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
