Operation Manager/ Client Servicing Executive

You are a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager/Client Servicing Executive who will be a valuable addition to our Event Management Team. Your role will involve hands-on experience in managing on-ground event operations and client coordination, aiming to deliver seamless event experiences. Your key responsibilities will include handling end-to-end event execution and logistics, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of event materials and services, being present on-site during event setup and execution, preparing and managing event timelines and budgets, and troubleshooting any issues during events to ensure smooth operations. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in event management focusing on on-ground operations and client servicing. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. You must be willing to engage in fieldwork and work flexible hours. Ideally, you should be based in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, or willing to work from this location.
