Operation Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our quick service restaurant team. As the Operations Lead’s right hand, you will play a key support role in paperwork, vendor research, and learning the ins and outs of QSR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day paperwork and routine documentation for the outlet
• Support in maintaining records, reports, and inventory logs
• Help research and identify potential new vendors as per business needs
• Communicate professionally with vendors, staff, and internal teams
• Shadow and assist the Operations Lead in daily operational activities
• Actively participate in learning and executing QSR operational processes
• Complete assigned tasks on time and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism

Desired Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Eagerness to learn about QSR operations and restaurant management
• Positive, proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace tools is a plus

Job Types: Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
