About the Role

We are offering an internship opportunity for enthusiastic and detail-oriented students/freshers to join us as Operation Interns. This role is designed for individuals who wish to gain practical exposure in office administration, documentation, and data management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle and organize client documents in both physical and digital formats.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of client data in company systems.
• Assist in filling out forms and ensuring timely submission of required information.
• Support in preparing, filing, and managing day-to-day documentation.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
• Coordinate with team members for operational support whenever required.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates from a commerce background.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry, updating, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.
• Support the team with filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Help prepare and organize office reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
• Coordinate with team members for day-to-day operational tasks.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital files.
• Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office functioning.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Currently pursuing graduation / recently completed 12th or graduation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer usage.
• Good typing skills with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
