Oversee day-to-day operations of solar projects and teams. Ensure timely execution of installations and commissioning. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage vendor relationships and material availability. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Lead team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations. Resolve on-ground issues and escalate when necessary. Optimize resource allocation for better efficiency.
