Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operation Head in the packaging industry. The position is based on-site at our Bengaluru location. The Operation Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, developing and implementing efficient processes, managing the operations team, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. The role also involves monitoring budgets, enhancing productivity, and liaising with other departments to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning operations with company strategy while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
