The position is based on-site at our Bengaluru location. The Operation Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, developing and implementing efficient processes, managing the operations team, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. The role also involves monitoring budgets, enhancing productivity, and liaising with other departments to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning operations with company strategy while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Expertise in Operations Management to oversee and optimize processes and workflows Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Proven Team Management abilities, including leadership and fostering collaborative work environments Effective Communication skills for coordinating across departments and with leadership teams Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure cost-efficient operations Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive under pressure Educational background in Business, Operations, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
