Operation Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and streamline our daily order processing and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely order fulfillment, coordinating with logistics partners, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth supply chain operations. Monitor and manage daily incoming customer orders from our platform. Coordinate with riders for timely delivery and pickups. Track order status from the laundry stores. Maintain order logs, with bill reports and accounts. Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers regarding order status and delays. Contribute to process improvement initiatives in order management and logistics. Ensure compliance with SLAs, company policies, and relevant legal/logistics regulations.
