Operation Executive

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient store operations across multiple locations. The role involves regular store visits, operational monitoring, vendor coordination, and maintaining store standards in line with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor and evaluate store performance.
• Provide daily operational support to the Operations Manager / Head.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to store operational timings.
• Maintain store hygiene standards and ensure staff uniforms and grooming meet company requirements.
• Ensure all demo devices are connected to the internet and functioning properly.
• Verify that all demo units are displayed according to the approved planogram (Plano).
• Ensure DCOTA connectivity on all demo devices.
• Maintain overall store look and feel, ensuring walls, floors, and lighting are clean and in good working condition.
• Conduct market visits and audits as required.
• Coordinate with vendors for store-related maintenance or operational tasks.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding any store-related issues or updates.
• Oversee cash deposits and ensure timely submission as per company policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in store operations, retail, or field coordination (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle field operations efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining operational standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work across multiple store locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
