Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Description:

MyRx is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will help manage day-to-day operations, assist with process improvement, and ensure efficient workflow across departments. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless operations in our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain records, track inventory, and update databases with operational data
• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving operational processes
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute strategic initiatives
• Address and resolve customer service inquiries and complaints
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed
• Generate regular reports on key operational metrics and performance
• Manage documentation, filing, and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in an operations role or fresher
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of operational procedures and best practices preferred
