Operation Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bookings with shipping lines, NVOCCs, airlines, and IATA agents

- Coordinate with customers to obtain shipping instructions and loading details

- Submit shipping instructions to shipping lines and obtain Master Bill of Lading (MBL) drafts

- Send MBLs to agents for approval and provide shipment status updates to exporters, consignees, and insurers

- Track shipments until container loading and follow up with shipping lines on BL issues and invoicing

- Ensure smooth BL release and send pre-alerts to agents and customers

- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment

- Accurate with high-quality work output, even under pressure

- Team player with openness to others' views

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduation in any stream

Work Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance (air and sea)

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in handling shipping instructions and MBL drafts

- Fluency in English, both written and oral, is mandatory

Preferred Location:

- Candidates residing in the Metro line area are preferred
