Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Operation Executive to join our hospital operations team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in hospital operations and be passionate about ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of hospital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Assist in planning and implementing operational processes and policies.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to hospital quality standards.
• Handle patient flow, staff coordination, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support management in preparing reports and maintaining operational data.
• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and other support services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Any Degree / MBA (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospital operations is mandatory.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualification).
