Job description

The Event Operations Executive supports the carrying out of events. He manages event logistics which include administrative support, on-site coordination, and site inspections.

• Carry out crowd control and evacuation plans with the venue operations department.
• Carry out fast and accurate registration processes.
• Carry out site set-up pre-event and site tear-down post-event to prepare for the handover of venues.
• Contact vendors to obtain quotes for goods and services.
• Develop accommodation plans for participants.
• Develop initial logistics and transportation plans to support event plans.
• Develop registration process protocols for events.
• Ensure events follow all local security, workplace safety, and health regulations and requirements.
• Execute event logistics plans with event organizers and vendors.
• Manage immigration processes and protocols for participants.
• Manage movement and activities of volunteers.
• Manage participant inquiries regarding the events.
• Perform an initial inspection of vendors' event deliverables to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare incident summary reports.
• Prepare service contracts for vendors.
• Relay event deliverables and timelines to vendors.
• Report security threats to management during events.
• Research local security, Workplace Safety, and Health policies and regulations to include in event plans.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Work with event organizers to execute events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Diploma (Required)

• Events management: 1 year (Required)
• Event Operations: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
