Refined Task List: 1. Drafting and maintaining client contracts. 2. Generating and managing client invoices. 3. Maintaining organized records and documentation (physical and digital). 4. Coordinating the KYC (Know Your Customer) process for new clients. 5. Preparing and maintaining documentation required for GST filings. 6. Updating and managing website content as needed. 7. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite) tools. 8. Ensuring timely filing of compliance requirements such as: • Client communication records • Investment advice documentation 9. Monthly collation and consolidation of operational and client data. 10. Assembling and dispatching welcome kits for new client onboarding (digital and physical). 11. Coordinating with the bank for any operational requirements.
