Chit Fund Specific Operations:

• Chit Scheme Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of various chit schemes.
• Subscriber Management: Handle subscriber onboarding, account maintenance, and data updates.
• Collections: Ensure timely and accurate collection of monthly chit installments.
• Disbursements: Facilitate precise and prompt disbursement of prize money to successful bidders.
• Auction Process: Manage and meticulously record the conduct of chit auctions and bidding.
• Commission Calculation: Accurately calculate and account for Foreman/Company commission and other fees.
• Default Management: Implement and follow up on procedures for managing defaulting subscribers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate physical and digital records of all chit transactions, subscriber data, and payment histories.
