Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Nalasopara
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Executive to support daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, and manage documentation & process tracking using Excel and email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and vendor teams for daily operations
Maintain and update Excel-based reports, MIS trackers, and inventory data
Draft and respond to professional emails for operational communication
Assist in day-to-day factory administration and operations workflow
Monitor and ensure timely execution of operational tasks and follow-ups
Support in documentation, filing, and basic audit/compliance preparation
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational gaps
Required Skills & Experience:
1–2 years of experience in operations (preferably manufacturing / factory setup)
Strong MS Excel skills — data entry, basic formulas, formatting, reporting
Good written & verbal communication for coordination & mail drafting
Basic understanding of process flow & operational discipline
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Eligibility:
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BMS preferred)
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates staying nearby Andheri / Western Mumbai will be an added advantage
