Job Title: Travel Operations & Sales ExecutiveLocation: Guwahati (Office-Based) Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Full Time) Industry: Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Objective: We are looking for a smart, active, and responsible candidate with basic computer and internet skills who can manage daily travel operations, guest communication, and reporting efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling guests, vendors, and on-ground coordination to ensure smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead Handling & Closure: Manage incoming leads, prepare quotations, communicate with guests and vendors, follow up for closure, and chase payments till final confirmation. Guest & Vendor Communication: Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local service providers for confirmations and ensure smooth execution of guest services. Report Management: Maintain and update daily reports for Sales, Cancellations, and Payments, and share summaries with management.
