Role Overview

We are looking for candidates from an Agriculture or Agri-Science background who can understand waste segregation, organic composting, and sustainability practices. The ideal candidate will manage on-ground operations, vendor coordination, and awareness drives for our new Scrap Management vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up scrap collection and recycling processes.
• Coordinate with local vendors, recyclers, and logistic partners.
• Conduct awareness programs for clients on sustainable waste practices.
• Maintain daily operational reports and quality checks.
• Support R&D for organic waste solutions like composting or recycling.
• Work closely with the management to scale the vertical.

Desired Skills

• Background in Agriculture, Agri-Tech, or Environmental Science.
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of scrap management, recycling, or composting.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and ready to work in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Good command of English, Kannada, or Hindi preferred.
