Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and streamline hospital operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments, maintain high standards of patient care, and contribute to the hospital’s overall efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities across hospital departments.
• Ensure efficient patient flow, quality service delivery, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to optimize operational performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements where necessary.
• Address operational challenges promptly and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support management in strategic planning and execution of hospital initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and patient service processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
