Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting the operations manager with daily tasks, reviewing the company's operations, and suggesting areas for improvement. Collaborating with the operations manager, you will develop strategies to enhance business processes. Your duties will also include organizing and filing important documents, scheduling meetings and information sessions, and supporting the HR department with recruiting and onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will be involved in completing administrative tasks such as ordering inventory and supplies, updating order forms and reports, and communicating with customers and vendors. You will also be expected to respond to queries about operations from other departments. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers.
