Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation and Customer Relationship Executive, located in Rajkot. The role involves managing daily operational tasks, maintaining and building customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include overseeing accounts, coordinating with internal teams, addressing customer inquiries, and optimizing service processes. The individual will work closely with clients to provide timely updates and resolve any issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong operational skills, including time management, process optimization, and attention to detail
• Customer relationship management skills such as relationship building, communication, and client interaction
• Proficiency in problem-solving and addressing client concerns effectively
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and coordinate across various functions
• Experience or knowledge in CRM tools and basic account management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in operations or customer relationship roles is a plus
