Operations Analyst – Master Data Management (SPT)

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be able to cater tasks in challenging environments & deliver efficiency
• Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required
• Excellent follow-up skills are a required
• Must demonstrate accountability of task & proactive approach throughout
• Intermediate MS-Excel Skills, Microsoft office SharePoint
• Healthcare or Surgical products knowledge will be an added advantage
• Intermediate level awareness of AS400/SAP will be an added advantage
  

Some of the responsibilities are:

• Work closely on surgical kits/tray closing request as per the defined SOP within the define TATs
• Maintain accuracy targets as per business standard, ensure adherence of define guidelines
• Process and communicate effectively with responsible teams in US or India to gather required information for closing the kits
• Actively participate in discussions with US stakeholders, bring valid queries and increase knowledge for smooth processing
• Adhere to business, process specific logs & reports
• Be a valuable resource by contributing innovative approach towards business, process
• Able to understand data of kit closing and apply excel skills to achieve desired output when asked
  

Work Experience:

• 1-3 Years of total experience, relevant experience of 1 year can be an added advantage
