Operating Engineer

• Tend manual, semiautomatic or automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production operation.
• Operate multi-machines simultaniously
• Follow production / process specifications or instructions of higher-level technical personnel and monitors panel and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production / process specifications.
• Qualification: Diploma in ME / EE / PE / Degree or Any other similar Diploma qualification.
• Should have 0 to 1 year experience in any shopfloor/manufacturing environment.
• Sets up machine requiring high level of precision and interaction of multiple variables.
• Checks work using prescribed measurement gauges, references to measure close tolerances. Some machines are numerically controlled.
• Perform tests and checks product routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices and making some judgments against not readily measurable standards.
• Report any malfunctions, errors or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and setup for equipment.
• Maintains production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
• Should monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures and adopt do it Right approach to enhance productive and reduce scrap.
• Practice all health and safety procedures, policies and practices including LOTO.
• Attend all required department meeting (MDI) and safety training.
• Understands and implements procedures that relate to the role and responsibilities of a Machine Operator.
• Shall carry out daily 5S and up keep the hygiene of the work station / workplace.
• Basic computer operation knowledge with working on word / excel is must.
• Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner.
• Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness.
• Shall have reading and writing proficiency in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
