Chillers Coolant management Ensure Safe manufacturing environment Job Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for machine availability by ensuring minimum MTTR, maximum MTBF and TPM Zero Breakdown approach. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance schedules align with production goals. Maintain and update preventive maintenance records in SAP. Identify critical spare parts and ensure availability Coordinating with external agencies for repairs and AMCs. Resource management by shift scheduling, on the job training.

Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technical Capabilities Process knowledge of CNC,VMC Induction, Broaching, Grinding, MSA,SPC,R& R , 8 D, PPAP,FMEA Expertise in handling measuring instruments, gauges, and calibration. CMM, Gear Tester, Contamination analysis 7QC tools, why- why analysis Proficient in using and interpreting data from quality core tools (PPAP, FMEA, APQP, CP, SPC, MSA). Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the quality assurance processes in the machine shop. Ensure product compliance with machining and casting standards. Implement and sustain quality core tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA. Handle Standard Room (STD) activities, including gauge planning and calibration schedules. Operate and analyze data using advanced measuring instruments including CMM, Contour, and Surface Roughness equipment. Conduct audits, identify quality gaps, and ensure closure with root cause analysis and corrective action. Apply 7 QC tools and problem-solving methodologies for internal and customer complaints. Support TPM and Lean Manufacturing initiatives within the department. Lead continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects (Green Belt preferred). Prepare documentation and reports for customer and internal audits. Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and engineering.
