Technical Capabilities

Sound Knowledge of CNC, VMC, Induction, Broaching, Grinding machines in below areas.
Electrical or Mechanical systems of machines.
PLC knowledge and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Induction Hardening machine.
Trouble shooting of Fanuc and Siemens CNC systems.
Installation and commissioning of machines.
Preventive maintenance planning, scheduling and execution.
TPM knowledge of JH, PM and KK pillar.
Maintenance of utilities like
22kV Transformer & substation (with valid electrical supervisor license)
Compressed air system with air dryers.
Chillers
Coolant management
Ensure Safe manufacturing environment

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for machine availability by ensuring minimum MTTR, maximum MTBF and TPM Zero Breakdown approach.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance schedules align with production goals.
Maintain and update preventive maintenance records in SAP.
Identify critical spare parts and ensure availability
Coordinating with external agencies for repairs and AMCs.
Resource management by shift scheduling, on the job training.
